My name is David Nastoh, a Commissioned Notary Public in British Columbia, proudly serving clients across Metro Vancouver and the lower mainland of BC. Born and raised in Vancouver, I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and my Master’s degree in Applied Legal Studies, both from Simon Fraser University. Before receiving my commission in 2018, I worked as a conveyancer at several respected legal firms, where I gained extensive experience in real estate transactions and legal documentation. My goal has always been to explain complex legal topics in a simple, easy-to-understand way, so that every client feels confident and informed about the process.
Being of Afghan descent, I can speak Farsi fluently, which allows me to serve a diverse range of clients with cultural understanding and respect. My passion has always been to serve my clients and community with respect, honesty, loyalty, and trust.
